Sandiaga: This is New Millennial, Kagumi Drone by Vocational School Students

"This drone is very helpful for farmers, because in a short time it is able to fertilize or eradicate pests in a short time," explained Vino in the Vice President Dialogue with MSMEs, Millennial Generation and village group meetings throughout Sidoarjo on Wednesday.

According to Vino, with this drone, the process of spraying pesticides and fertilizers on one hectare of agricultural land can be done in just 15 minutes.
After listening to Vino's explanation, Sandiaga also claimed to be impressed with the work of the Ponorogo SMK PGRI 2.

"I am amazed by Vino and his colleagues who care so much to create a tool that helps farmers with digital framing in increasing their production. This is just millennial," Sandi said.

The former Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta was also amazed to see the many innovations of UMKM exhibited in the event, both in packaging, production and product design, especially if the innovation was initiated by millennials.

For Sandiaga, millennials must indeed be keen to look for opportunities to realize a business that is not only profitable but also creates jobs.

"Millennials must create jobs, do not look for work. Indonesia will get demographic benefits in 2020. If economic deregulation is still import-based and does not limit it by boosting national production, we will be spectators not players," he explained.

"Millennials must continue to think of new ways, find breakthroughs, as Vino did. There should be further development, so that what Vino produces can be applied. The government must indeed be here," he continued.
